RAV Compliments & Complaints

Rural Ambulance Victoria receives both written and verbal compliments and complaints that concern our services to the community.

Compliments and complaints allow an understanding of what our patients, clients, stakeholders and the public think of RAV.

It is through compliments and complaints that we can come to understand what we are doing well and not doing well so we can take actions to continually improve our organisational performance.
