RAV to take delivery of new Mercedes vehicles

Rural Ambulance Victoria (RAV) is expecting to take delivery of 24 new Mercedes vehicles during this financial year, to be distributed amongst all RAV Areas.

The new Mercedes NCV3 Sprinter offers a number of improvements in both safety and ergonomics and significant improvements have been made in driver’s-seat-to-steering-wheel position. Many internal changes have been made in response to staff feedback received from the previous model.

An extensive familiarisation program will commence in coming months for all Operational staff and we look forward to seeing the vehicles on the road in the near future.
